Impact
- Streamlined the application journey with a centralized web experience
- Improved accessibility through clear layout, typography, and navigation
- Bridged print and digital touchpoints using QR-driven entry points
My Role
- Designed business cards distributed to prospective applicants
- Created a landing page, FAQs, application flow, and supporting content
- Developed QR code integration to connect physical materials to the digital experience
- Built and styled the web interface within an existing .NET framework
Approach
This project required designing across both physical and digital mediums while maintaining consistency with government design standards. I tested multiple layout and typography variations to ensure clarity across a wide audience and coordinated with print vendors to ensure accurate translation from digital to physical assets.
On the web side, I worked within an existing C#/.NET environment and structured content dynamically
through a SQL-backed system, prioritizing clear navigation and straightforward guidance to reduce
friction in the application process.
