Rolls Royce Corporate Store
The objective of the Rolls-Royce Corporate Store redesign was to create a modern and engaging e-commerce experience while maintaining the brand's heritage and prestige. The redesign focused on three key interface improvements:
- A bold landing page that highlights the brand's rich history.
- A fully responsive design to enhance the experience for mobile users.
- Simplified navigation for a more seamless shopping experience.
My Role
I was responsible for redesigning the corporate store's landing page, optimizing the hero banner, refining the footer, and enhancing product sections. My work included improving call-to-action elements and implementing dynamic pricing updates to ensure a user-friendly experience.
Challenges and Solutions
One of the key challenges was optimizing the mobile experience while maintaining the brand's distinct identity, including typography, colors, and the tone expected of an aerospace and defense company.
To ensure alignment with Rolls-Royce's brand vision, I had the unique opportunity to attend the Rolls-Royce Customer Training in Indianapolis. Engaging with veteran employees and learning about the brand's history provided valuable insights. This firsthand experience allowed me to integrate official brand colors, iconography, and historical imagery—such as Charles Rolls' pioneering flight across the English Channel—into the design, reinforcing the company's legacy while delivering a modern user experience.
